Structure Type: Buddhist monastery 佛寺.
Location: Zheng Family Village, Yu County, Hebei Province 河北省蔚縣鄭家莊. The monastery is located up on a hillside south-east of the old walled village.
Period: 1849, dated by a stele in the yard.
Artist: The stele gives the names of several painters, all of whom, curiously, have two-character names: Lan Wen 藍文, Yan Jia 閻加, Wang Zhong 王中, Wang Hui 王惠, Bi Yi 畢依.
Mural Contents: The murals here show the Life of the Buddha Śākyamuni.
Other Notes: I took terrible photos of this. I put it up because the murals themselves are quite nice.
